MyUniVote is operated by SoftwareTriad. Students can permanently delete their account in the app or submit a verified request here when app access is unavailable.

Use your signed-in account
- 1. Open MyUniVote and sign in.
- 2. Open Profile.
- 3. Select Delete account and confirm the request.
Your active Google-authenticated session verifies that the deletion request belongs to you.
Identity verification
We verify every request
In-app requests use your Google login. Web requests are verified through the institutional email already associated with your student record. Submitting this form does not immediately delete an account.
What is deleted
- • Profile details and institutional student identifiers
- • The linked Google account and sign-in association
- • Voting PIN, refresh token, and active sessions
- • Registered devices, push tokens, and personal notifications
What is retained
- • Anonymized election participation records
- • Redacted election and administrative audit records
Retained records no longer contain your profile identity and are kept for election integrity, security, and audit purposes.
No app access
Request account deletion
Submit the institutional email connected to your account. The MyUniVote team will verify your identity before processing the request. Most verified requests are completed within seven business days.
